The Team Performance section will provide managers and team leads with aggregated metrics and analytics about how their team is performing, including task throughput, response times, and workload distribution. In the meantime, track team activity using:
  • Activity Logs, a complete audit trail of all actions and events.
  • Inbox, the Backlog section shows task assignment and completion data per operator.
  • Charts, build custom dashboards using your operational data.
